Job summary

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a Sales Head to lead the branch operations in Pune, responsible for achieving revenue goals while coordinating HR, marketing, accounts and inventory across the branch.

The role requires 10–15 years total experience with 4–5 years in a city-level leadership position, preferably in commercial real estate, and an MBA or relevant graduate degree. Immediate joining is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of total experience with 4–5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance, marketing, or inventory.
• Experience in commercial real estate is preferable.
• Proven ability to lead revenue goals and coordinate cross-functionally across HR, marketing, accounts, and inventory.

Role Summary:

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a capable and mature Sales Head to lead the overall operations of our Branch office. This is a strategic and execution heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.
