THE Banyan Hr Consults seeks a Sales Head for a leading FMCG Food Company, GT only, based in Vijayawada, AP. You will lead all GT sales operations for Rest of AP from the Vijayawada HQ, handling primary and secondary sales, collections, and GT P&L.

You will drive distribution expansion, appoint new distributors, and optimize ROI. Beat planning, range selling, visibility and merchandising in GT are key responsibilities for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 B-School required.
• Minimum 10 years of senior FMCG experience.
• Age 35–48 years mandatory.
• Based at Vijayawada, AP, with GT focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GT sales operations for Rest of AP from Vijayawada HQ.
• Own Primary/Secondary Sales, collections and GT P&L.
• Drive distribution: widen/deepen, appoint distributors, manage ROI.
