THE Banyan Hr Consults is seeking a Sales Head for an FMCG Food GT role based at Berhampur HQ, Odisha. The ideal candidate will lead all GT sales operations across Odisha, managing a large GT team and driving distribution growth, with accountability for P&L and ROI.

Requirements include 10+ years in FMCG GT, MBA from a Tier 1 B-School, age 35–48, and proven stability across 3–4 companies. Strong leadership and network in Odisha are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior FMCG experience, GT channel.
• MBA from a Tier 1 B-School is mandatory.
• Age between 35 and 48 years; career stability with 3–4 companies preferred.
• Currently handling GT channel only; no MT/Modern Trade candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire GT sales operations for Odisha (Berhampur HQ).
• Responsible for primary, secondary sales, collection, and P&L for GT channel.
• Drive distribution expansion – width & depth, new distributor appointments, ROI management.
• Execute beat planning, range selling, visibility, and merchandising in GT.
• Manage large GT team: RSM/ASM/SO/Sales Officers.
• Build and maintain distributor & retailer networks across Rest of Odisha.
• Achieve GT business targets and market share growth.
