• Comfortable with extensive field work and business travel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Highly target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation and sales growth for textile machinery.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business through field visits, customer meetings, factory visits, exhibitions, and market networking.
• Drive sales of Water Jet, Air Jet, and Embroidery Machines.
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and market opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, manufacturers, and weaving units.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Lead the sales team and monitor individual and overall sales performance.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer requirements, machine demonstrations, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, revenue projections, and MIS for management.
