Position Responsibilities / Requirements

The incumbent will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top‑line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long‑term and short‑term B2B business opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• Ensure client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Assist with debt collection.
