Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in shoppers warmly, promote free eye check-ups, and identify style/vision needs.
• Sales & Upselling: Present product features, frame styling, lens types, coatings, loyalty programs, and ongoing offers to hit conversion and Average Transaction Value (ATV) targets.
• Store Operations: Manage billing and POS transactions, handle daily cash/card reconciliation, maintain visual merchandising, execute stock takes/replenishment, and follow company SOPs.
• Customer Service & After-Sales: Resolve basic queries, handle minor grievances, and assist with order tracking, deliveries, and adjustments.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (store-dependent).
• Experience: 03 years in retail sales, hospitality, or optical retail (freshers welcome).
• Skills: Good communication in English and local regional language, basic POS/computer literacy, customer-centric attitude.
• Shift/Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
