Khaticraft is seeking a proactive sales-focused professional in Delhi to handle customer consultations, demonstrate products, and upsell furniture and décor items. The role covers responsibilities from initial sale through delivery and invoicing, with emphasis on achieving monthly targets.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in furniture, be under 35, and possess good English communication. A disciplined, collaborative mindset is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers and consult on wood types, finishes, customization options, and warranties.
• Demonstrate products and upsell mattresses, dining sets and décor add-ons.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Learn ERP/POS systems, invoicing, and CRM tools.
• Oversee from sales to delivery.
• Track KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.
