Job summary

Elance Group in Delhi is seeking a Jr. Retail Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand requirements, and drive showroom sales. You will recommend furniture products, explain features, and coordinate with inventory to fulfill orders, while maintaining premium customer service.

The role involves training junior staff, supporting the store manager, and achieving targets in a luxury retail environment. Prior experience in furniture or luxury auto sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in furniture, luxury, or automobile sectors preferred.
• Strong customer service and showroom management skills.

Designation- Jr. Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Recommend suitable furniture products based on customer needs
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and closing (Senior level)
• Ensure a premium showroom experience for all customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and inquiries for conversions and repeat business
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure proper product display and stock visibility
• Coordinate with backend/inventory teams for order fulfillment
• Guide and mentor junior sales executives
• Support store manager in achieving overall store targets
• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications & Experience
