Job summary

JUSTDOGS® is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Nashik store. This is a full-time, on-site role aimed at helping pet parents find the right products and delivering excellent service.

You should have prior experience in pet care or pet products, strong knowledge of pets, and proven retail sales and customer-service skills. The role requires weekend availability and basic English plus local language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the pet care/pet products industry is strongly preferred.
• Very good knowledge of pets, pet nutrition and pet products.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong selling, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and confidently recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their pets’ requirements.
• Recommend and sell suitable pet food, treats, accessories, grooming and wellness products.
• Actively drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and product recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with pet parents and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain good knowledge of products, brands, ingredients and benefits.
• Ensure shelves and product displays are properly maintained and stocked.
• Assist with billing, inventory checks and day-to-day store operations.
• Handle customer queries and provide a high standard of service.
• Support store promotions, loyalty programs and other sales initiatives.
• Work closely with the store team to achieve individual and overall store targets.
