Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time Sales Associate at Infiniti Mall-Mumbai, India. You will work towards monthly and daily targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and support in-store displays and promotions.

You will demonstrate products, assist customers in choosing perfumes, and maintain store standards and SOPs. Training completion and multi-language communication are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to store etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of trainings within the defined timeline.
• Inviting customer to outlet and introducing them to MYOP concepts.
