Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Cuttack. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, present suitable vehicle options, and conduct product demonstrations and test drives. The role includes preparing quotations, handling negotiations within company guidelines, and completing all documentation related to sales and delivery. The Sales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in the sales system, coordinate with the finance and service teams, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regular participation in showroom events, local marketing activities, and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
• Customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and willingness to learn product features, variants, and competitive offerings.
• Ability to work on-site in Cuttack, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and maintaining accurate sales documentation and records.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Ethical, customer-focused approach and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods when required.
