Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
• Meet prospective customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions and premium details.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and cross-sell/upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Provide after-sales support including renewals and claim assist.
