Vanshika Jajodia is seeking an energetic sales professional to manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients. You will generate leads, understand client requirements for customized jewellery designs, and relay briefs to CAD designers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes clear communication, presenting products, and converting leads into long-term clients. You will coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely order execution, maintaining records and nurturing

Qualifications

• Prior calling experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate smoothly with CAD designers, international Clients, and sales team.
• Confident in handling international B2B clients.
• Willingness to work in the night shift.
• Proactive, intelligent, and target-oriented.
• Willing to learn about customized jewelry and gemstones.
• Basic computer knowledge.
