Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in inside sales or dealer onboarding, with strong English and Hindi communication, sharp negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals over calls and video.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales or dealer onboarding experience.
• Experience in EV/Automotive/Two-Wheelers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Contact pre-verified leads and inquiries to pitch Dynamo Electric dealer opportunities.
• Guide prospective dealers through our business model, margin structure, product portfolio, and partnership benefits.
• End-to-end management of the dealer acquisition pipeline from initial pitch to documentation, agreement signing, and final appointment.
• Build strong rapport with prospective business owners and address franchise-related queries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly dealer onboarding quotas to maximize performance earnings.

Role Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven In-Office Sales Executive to join our expansion team. In this role, you will be provided with 100% verified inbound leads and dealer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective business partners, pitched commercial terms, negotiate franchise agreements, and successfully appoint new electric vehicle dealers across target regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Contact pre-verified leads and inquiries to pitch Dynamo Electric dealer opportunities.
• Dealer Onboarding: Guide prospective dealers through our business model, margin structure, product portfolio, and partnership benefits.
• Network Expansion: End-to-end management of the dealer acquisition pipelinefrom initial pitch to documentation, agreement signing, and final appointment.
• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with prospective business owners and address franchise-related queries.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly dealer onboarding quotas to maximize performance earnings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of inside sales, phone-based business development, or dealer onboarding experience.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in Electric Vehicles (EV), Automotive, Two-Wheelers, or related manufacturing/distribution industries preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities over phone and video calls.
