Job summary

Spirezen Enterprises Pvt Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. You will identify potential customers, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and strive to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

You will handle inquiries, present products, negotiate terms within guidelines, coordinate with internal teams, track activities, and participate in campaigns and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.
• Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and sales proposals.
• Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and other requirements within company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Participate in meetings, sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments, orders, and customer requirements where applicable.
