• Work with CRM team to ensure smooth after-sales service.
• Ensure targets are achieved according to the business plan.
• Monitor real estate market trends and reports.
• Prepare status reports on deals at various stages using CRM/ERP.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders via updates and reports.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Connect and network Registered & New clients.
• Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs. Provide best possible solution to customers.
• Swiftly arrange site visit for the customer and accompany customer during site visit.
• Provide much personalised services to the customers. Negotiate terms and close the deal.
• Work closely with CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service.
• To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
• Keep close watch on the real estate market trends & reports
• To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/ negotiation using CRM/ERP.
• Support ongoing communication with key business stakeholders via verbal & written updates and reports .
