Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Front Line Sales professional in Bancassurance to build strong relationships with channel partners and drive life insurance sales.

You will travel within the assigned location, engage with channel partner teams and customers, and work towards achieving targets in top line, persistency and product mix. You will also support pre- and post-sales activities, including claim settlements, while upholding ethics and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 6 months to 4 years sales experience.
• Good verbal and written communication and ability to influence.

What does the job entail? : It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers. You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners. You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

• Education: Graduation in any stream
