You will handle walk-ins and calls, follow up leads, and meet daily calling targets while ensuring timely delivery of services and smooth center operations.

The role offers six-day work weeks with weekend coverage and monthly incentives, emphasizing strong communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in counselling and sales within the education sector, preferably in overseas education.
• Proven ability and track record in counselling students and parents while effectively handling the end-to-end sales process.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel walk-ins and telephonic inquiries, providing accurate guidance regarding Jamboree's products and services.
• Follow up with leads and consistently achieve daily calling targets.
• Achieve sales and service delivery targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and streamline operational processes for efficient center functioning.
• Maintain a consistent and positive customer experience aligned with the brand standards. Coordinate with faculty members to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of classes.
