Role & responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries received via phone, e-mail, and fax Assist the Sales team by preparing quotations ensuring accuracy & minimal

Turnaround time (TAT).

Preparing quotation by thoroughly checking the prices as per the price list for the corresponding region.

Furnishing any price approvals for the related project while releasing the PO for order processing.

Attach the loading calculation/ confirmation of volume while releasing the order to Export team.

Thoroughly check the size or dimension as per the customer requirement before releasing the PO for order processing
