Job summary

Aludecor Lamination in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support PI and quotation processes. The role requires a graduate and at least 1 year of coordination experience, with freshers also considered.

Location is in Bangalore (Kengeri area) and the position is full-time on-site. The job involves coordinating with Plant, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatch, managing price approvals, and handling various reports and communications daily with field teams.

Responsibilities

• PI & Quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with Plant & Warehouse for coil/RM/stock availability to proceed PI & Quote requests.
• Coordinate with management for price approvals to proceed PI & Quote requests.
• Follow up on shade card & samples via FMS with concerned departments for timely dispatch.
• Follow up on Mockups via FMS with steps from RH to CMD Sir for dispatch.
• Coordinate on marketing collaterals with Marketing, Warehouse & Planning for timely dispatch.
• Daily inter-department communications via phone and FMS-related tasks; compile reports (Enquiries, DCR, Plant PDO, Spec to Sales, weekly PI quotes, daily sales data, Mockup reports).

Job Responsibilities:

• PI & Quotation preparing
• Connecting with Plant & Ware house team for checking all type of coil / RM / Ready stock availability to proceed the PI & Quote request.
• Connecting with management authorities for various kind of special price approval to proceed the PI & Quote request
• Follow up related to Shade card & Sample requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for timely dispatch
• Follow up related to Mockup requisitions of field team, through FMS and connecting with the concerned department for step by step approval from RH to CMD Sir, and timely dispatch.
• Follow up related to Marketing collaterals with Marketing , Warehouse & plan team etc through FMS .Following up with GM and Plant team and Warehouse Team for timely dispatch.
• Daily communication with field team and inter department through phone calls & related to FMS and others
• Various types of reports sharing like Digital Enquiry report , DCR Report, Plant PDO report , Spec to Sales report, Weekly sharing. PI quotation report, Sales data report, daily sharing. Mockup report etc Monthly sharing
