Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation, a leader in consulting, training and conferences, seeks an experienced training consultant to identify client needs and design international programs across India. You will coordinate instructors, logistics, and proposals while maintaining strong client relationships with GCC corporate clients in India.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, at least 3 years in a training consultancy or related field, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training consultancy, L&D, or corporate training environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with GCC corporate clients (India).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify client (organization's) training needs and propose suitable programs and international certifications.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across India.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research on training trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Keep an updated customer database.
