The role requires strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to launch products and campaigns with timely readiness and clear ownership.
At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
The Sales Enablement Lead for the Revport team plays a critical role in keeping the sales organization organized, aligned, and equipped to execute efficiently. This role is highly cross-functional and operates much like a project manager for the sales process, ensuring that sales workflows are clearly defined, enablement initiatives are executed on time, and all sales materials are centralized, current, and easy to access. This person will own the structure and coordination behind sales enablement efforts, helping the Revport team stay prepared for product launches, process updates, campaigns, and day-to-day selling activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Process Organization and Project Management Act as a central coordinator for sales enablement initiatives across the Revport team. Keep the sales process organized by documenting workflows, maintaining consistency in execution, and ensuring teams are aligned on priorities and expectations. Manage enablement projects from planning through rollout, including timelines, owners, milestones, and follow-up actions. Partner with sales leadership to identify process gaps, improve team coordination, and streamline how sellers access information and tools. Ensure enablement efforts are delivered in a structured, timely, and scalable way.
Content Management and Accessibility Organize and maintain all sales content, ensuring materials are current, easy to find, and aligned with the latest messaging and processes. Build and manage a centralized system for sales resources such as playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, training materials, product updates, competitive insights, and FAQs. Create clear processes for updating, approving, and distributing sales content. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that new materials are uploaded, communicated, and adopted effectively by the Revport team. Reduce content sprawl and improve the usability of enablement resources across the sales organization.
Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations for enablement-related initiatives. Track deliverables and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines, dependencies, and next steps. Support go-to-market rollouts by managing internal communication, readiness planning, and sales resource distribution. Ensure the Revport team has what it needs to execute effectively without confusion or delays.
Process Improvement and Operational Support Identify opportunities to improve how sales materials, training, and process documentation are managed. Help establish repeatable systems for organizing knowledge, tracking updates, and supporting seller productivity. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of enablement resources and recommend improvements where needed. Support sales leadership with operational coordination that improves efficiency and execution quality.
Metrics and Accountability Track key enablement activities such as training completion, content usage, launch readiness, and process adherence. Maintain visibility into project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Measure the effectiveness of enablement organization and resource accessibility to improve team productivity. Help ensure enablement programs contribute to smoother sales execution and stronger business outcomes.
The Revport sales process is clearly organized and consistently followed. Sales materials are centralized, current, and easy for the team to find and use. Stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met, and enablement initiatives are executed efficiently. The sales team feels supported by a well-managed, structured enablement function
