Job summary

ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Individual Contributor for Sales / Business Development to drive new B2B client acquisition, with a primary focus on Recruitment & Staffing and opportunities to cross-sell AI Data Services where relevant.

The role carries clear monthly and quarterly targets and requires ownership of outcomes. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end B2B sales, prospect HR Leaders, and close deals independently using LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong preference for IT Staffing / Recruitment consultancies / HR/RPO background.
• Proven track record in target-driven roles.
• Ability to own closures independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B sales as an IC.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets.
• Acquire new clients for Recruitment & Staffing (primary focus).
• Prospect HR Heads, TA Leaders, Founders, and Delivery Heads.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, outbound emails, referrals, and CRM.
• Pitch services: Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, RPO.
• Identify and close AI Data Services opportunities where applicable.
• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closures independently.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams post-closure.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up discipline.
