Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in Kochi. The Sales Attendant will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include managing product displays, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area. The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling cash or digital payments accurately, and issuing receipts. The Sales Attendant will respond to customer queries, support promotional activities, coordinate with the store and warehouse teams, and follow company policies and safety standards.
