Senior Sales Associate
Location: Thane
Purpose of the Role
The role holder will drive business by bringing prospective customers and ultimately closing sales. The role holder will also liaise between customers and the company to provide up‑to‑date status of service, pricing and new product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business by encouraging prospective customers and closing sales.
- Sourcing & handling Channel Partners.
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
- Training and educating Channel Partners teams.
- Sourcing business from Channel, references, and various traditional and non‑traditional activities.
- Generate enquiries from customers with regular follow‑up.
- Build good relationships with customers for future prospects.
- Maintain record of daily enquiries & prospective customers.
- Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
- Liaise between customers and the company for up‑to‑date status of service, pricing and new product releases.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reach the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Collect customer feedback and market research.
- Keep up to date with products and competitors.
- Own conveyance is a must.
Key Result Areas
- Bookings – Ensure completion of sales targets (Sourcing & Closing), clearance of fame acceptance & obtaining initial payment from client within the timeline. (40%)
- Conversion ratio – Maintain walking to booking conversion consistently. (15%)
- Competition analysis & market understanding – Keep current market trends and competitor activities up‑to‑date. (15%)
- CP Activation – Activate new Channel Partners. (15%)
- Individual analysis – Personal & professional behaviour will be analyzed; handle pre & post‑sales service issues. (15%)
Financial Accountability & Geographical Scope
Financial Accountability: ₹50–75 Crs.
Geographical Scope: PAN India.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification – Any graduation.
- Experience Required – 8 to 10 years of real‑estate experience; handled ticket size of at least ₹2 Cr.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge – Good communication, thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques, strong analytical skills, expertise in MS Office.
- Essential Leadership Competencies – Breakthrough mindset, inclusive leadership, drive results, customer empathy.
- Personal Attributes – Out‑of‑box thinker, self‑starter, credible, assertive, evaluative, insightful, decisive, influencing, detail conscious.
