Job summary

The Souled Store Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will learn and adapt store practices, upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs, and build rapport to foster customer loyalty.

You will communicate offers clearly, listen to customer requirements, and report daily sales to HQ. The role requires energetic teamwork and excellent verbal communication to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

• General Retail knowhow including but not limited to visual merchandising, product knowledge, strong communication skills and being goal oriented.
