Job summary

Spinoff Technopark Limited is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer for Pune to handle sales, customer support, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, field service and customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background with experience in electrical/electronics products, power electronics, batteries, inverters or related products, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills. 2+ years experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales / Service / Technical field roles.
• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Willingness to field visit and travel within territory.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and service activities in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers for product demonstrations, technical discussions and service requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers and channel partners.
• Coordinate and execute product installation and commissioning at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and systems.
• Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, R&D and Technical teams for requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, visits, service calls and installations.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
