Job summary

Ajay Industrial Corporation is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth in the agriculture sector across Africa. You will identify opportunities, build distributor and customer relationships, and lead initiatives to achieve sales targets.

You will coordinate with internal teams for order execution, conduct market research, and promote our agricultural inputs while traveling extensively to develop the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing or related field.
• 3–8 years in business development or sales in agriculture.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management.
• Understanding of agricultural products, markets and distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
