Job summary

Polymed seeks a Data Analysis & BI professional to collect, clean, and analyze data across functions, and to develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for senior leadership.

The role covers financial, operational, sales, procurement, and manufacturing data, with emphasis on trends, forecasting, and actionable insights. Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency, plus ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in statistics, mathematics, commerce, finance, business administration, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, BI, or Business Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business functions.
• Develop interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reports.
• Analyze financial, operational, sales, procurement, and manufacturing data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Monitor key business KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Support budgeting, planning, and business review processes through analytical reporting.

Management Reporting

• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and analytical reports for the CFO.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments for data collection and validation.
• Support management meetings by preparing business reports and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 38 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards).
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, SQL, or other BI/visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation

• CTC: Up to 4.80 LPA (40,000 per month CTC), based on experience and skills.

Working Days

• 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
