Discreet Solutions in Pune is seeking an order administration professional to manage and process retail and project sales orders using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate order creation and lifecycle completion.

You will review orders, coordinate with accounts for proforma invoices, respond to client inquiries about availability and status, and support the sales team by resolving system and product-related queries, while ensuring timely delivery and precision in ERP

• Review and validate sales orders created by the sales team and independently create orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to initiate Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure smooth financial documentation.
• Handle client inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and order status, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support to the sales team by resolving system, order, and product-related queries.
• Track and close the sales cycle in ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and order completion.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team for stock monitoring and material dispatch coordination.
• Conduct quarterly sales reporting and analysis, identifying trends and supporting sales forecasting.
• Monitor product version upgrades
