Job summary

Zensar Technologies is hiring for a SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer (SME) to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow in Maharashtra, India. You will provide advanced support, resolve tickets, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities include designing user lifecycle workflows, building mapping rules and campaigns, onboarding applications, and integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or similar IAM platforms is a plus.
• Ability to design workflows for user Joiner/Leaver/Mover events.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting for frameworks like SOX and PCI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity workflows for users and events.
• Build and tune mapping rules, campaigns, and compliance reports.
• Lead onboarding and integrations with target systems via REST/SOAP/JDBC/LDAP.
• Install and configure IdentityNow modules and connectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and customer success teams.
• Provide on-call support and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Draft design docs, test scripts, and runbooks.
• Onboard applications and manage identity profiles in IdentityNow.
• Support ServiceNow integration with SailPoint and SAP/Oracle onboarding.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base.

SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer (SME)

Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow. Provide advanced support, manage ticket resolution, and collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and customer success teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows for user Joiner/Leaver/Mover events.
• Build mapping rules, certification campaigns, and compliance reports for SOX, PCI, and similar frameworks.
• Lead application onboarding and target system integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and LDAP.
• Install, configure, and customize IdentityNow platform modules and connectors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Draft high‑level and low‑level design documentation, test scripts, workflow diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Onboard applications to SailPoint IdentityNow, including configuring connectors and managing identity profiles.
• Provide support for integration of ServiceNow with SailPoint, including catalog integration and ticketing based integration.
• Provide support for SAP and Oracle business suites application onboarding.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on‑call support rotation as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to junior support engineers.
• Deliver exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, access certification, and role management.
• Experience building mapping rules, certification campaigns, and compliance reports.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and integration with other systems.
• Experience with application onboarding and target system integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow or other IAM solutions.
