Blackbaud is looking for an experienced Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to join our organization and help drive the enterprise identity strategy forward. As a member of the Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the candidate will be responsible for on‑boarding systems in the enterprise IdentityNow solution, building automation and streamlining identity lifecycle processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in SailPoint IdentityNow, IAM and cloud solutions. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for mentoring teammates and assisting in building the IAM tool roadmap.
