Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad is seeking a senior SailPoint IAM consultant to drive end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, onboarding, workflows, and access certifications for global clients. You will collaborate across client teams, define requirements, and shape governance frameworks.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, strong knowledge of IGA concepts, and proficiency in at least one programming language, with SDLC discipline and architecture documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud implementations including onboarding, lifecycle events, access certifications, and reports.
• Client engagements in IAM domains across geographies globally.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts: provisioning, lifecycle management, access certifications, SOD policies, password management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Understanding of IAM concepts beyond IGA such as SSO, MFA, Federated Access, PAM.
• Experience with Active Directory and Mainframe platforms (RACF/ACF2/TopSecret).
• Experience with enterprise apps like Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Salesforce.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and SCIM interfaces.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documenting architecture/user journeys.
• Experience in creating design docs, test scripts, and various testing types.
• Certifications: CISSP, PMP, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.

• Experience working with REST/SOAP based webservices and/or SCIM/SCIM 2.0
• Experience with participating and leading requirements gathering activities.
• Experience in creating documentation such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, application design documents etc.
• Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conduct and/or supervise unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc.
