Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced Identity Management and Governance specialist to deploy SailPoint IIQ governance solutions across customer environments. You will design, customize, and integrate IAM tooling with key applications and infrastructure, while coordinating closely with clients and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on development, debugging, and solution delivery across on-premises and cloud contexts, with a focus on delivering robust governance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ equivalent in Engineering with 5-8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Deep understanding of Identity Management and Governance use cases and related industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Deploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solution to meet customer requirements.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing; interact with customers as required.
• Assist operations team as required, coordinate with product engineering team.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation.
• Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to address customer objections.
• Create custom JARs for disconnected applications to import data through CSV from server.
• RCA of issues faced by client on Prod, reproduce on DEV, provide fixes, unit test and migrate to PROD.

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai

• 5 to 8 years of IT experience specifically in Identity Management.
• Application, data and infrastructure governance, experience with legacy on-premises or modern cloud IGA offerings,Hands on development, customization, and solution experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc
