Role Description The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing health and safety practices across plumbing, sanitation, and firefighting projects. The role includes monitoring work sites for compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and identifying potential hazards. The Safety Supervisor will develop and implement safety procedures, deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks, and ensure that personal protective equipment and safety devices are properly used. Daily tasks include investigating incidents and near-misses, maintaining safety documentation and reports, coordinating with project managers and site engineers, and supporting occupational health initiatives. The role also involves liaising with regulatory authorities as needed and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement among all team members.
