My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Safety / EHS Engineer for our Bangalore-based construction projects.

The role requires 5–10 years experience, mandatory B.Tech/M.Tech and NEBOSH qualification, with preference for high-rise project exposure. You will implement safety standards on sites, conduct inspections, audits, and toolbox talks, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech degree mandatory.
• NEBOSH qualification mandatory.
• Construction / High-Rise project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS & Safety standards at construction sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits & toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA / IS / statutory safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Prepare Safety Reports, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
• Monitor PPE, work permits, scaffolding, lifting & work-at-height safety.
• Conduct emergency drills & safety training.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams for safety compliance.
