Job summary

LR Energy Bilaspur is seeking an experienced HSE/Safety Engineer to implement, monitor, and improve safety, health, and environmental policies across our operations. The role ensures compliance with regulations and fosters a safe working culture in industrial projects.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and training programs while ensuring proper PPE use and coordination with site teams to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering.
• NEBOSH / IOSH Diploma and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant safety, health and environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits.
• Monitor workplace conditions to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Job Summary

HSE/Safety Engineer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving safety, health, and environmental policies across the organization. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, promotes a safe working culture, and minimizes workplace risks in industrial/engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Safety, Health & Environment.
• Experience in industries such as construction or engineering projects preferred.
