Alstom in India is seeking an Independent Safety Assessor to ensure safety and reliability across projects by conducting thorough assessments with multidisciplinary teams such as Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Control.
You will deliver safety assessment reports, present results to stakeholders, manage safety findings logs, and support safety reviews. A Master’s in Engineering and railway safety experience are preferred for this challenging role.

You’ll ensure the safety and reliability of our projects and products by conducting thorough assessments. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, Quality Control), deploy safety assessment processes and tools, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of delivering safety assessment reports, presenting assessment results to various stakeholders, and managing safety findings logs, but also support safety reviews and independent assessments as needed.
