Qualifications

  • University Degree (BE, B. Tech) or Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety Engineering.
  • Experience or understanding of industrial and electrical environments.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection legislation and standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, environmental impact analysis and EHS tools.
  • Certification in industrial safety from a state board-approved institution (e.g., RLI/CLI).
  • Strong communication skills across different organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Services Business in achieving EHS results.
  • Developing and implementing EHS plans and programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining the EHS Management System in line with Alstom and international standards.
  • Monitor compliance with EHS statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide EHS training programs and supporting stakeholders.
  • Lead EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) - Services Manager in Agra that will deploy Alstom EHS standards and tools, monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and support project teams in implementing safety management plans and emergency plans.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in environmental, health, and safety management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You’ll play a key role in fostering a high-performing EHS culture across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Maintenance, Retrofit, and Validation teams, to ensure compliance with EHS standards and to implement risk management strategies.

We’ll look to you for:
