Job summary

Hyatt Group is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the safety and security function of the hotel, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's standards. You will lead safety operations, protect employees and assets, and maintain compliance with fire safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a professional degree or diploma in Safety and Security and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a larger operation, with strong administrative and practical skills to support daily

Qualifications

• Ideally with a professional degree or diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently run the Security department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel's safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies to meet guest, employee and owner expectations.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.

Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
