Job summary

Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is seeking an Assistant Manager - Security to support the Security Manager in implementing safety and security procedures across the hotel, ensuring guest and employee safety, asset protection, and fire life safety compliance.

You will help monitor security operations, coordinate emergency response drills, oversee access control and incident reporting, and ensure alignment with Hyatt International's brand standards and corporate strategies.

Qualifications

• Ideally a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Security Manager, or Senior Security Officer in larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills are an asset.
