Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Training Content Designer for M365 Copilot to translate evolving Copilot capabilities into clear, outcome-focused communications and training content. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot-focused training.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and visual content creation skills.
• Experience developing guides, FAQs, videos, demos, and learning assets.
• Proven track record in training, enablement, change management, or user adoption.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI agents.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Working closely with Product, Service Adoption, Change, and Risk teams, you will help employees confidently and effectively use Copilot while ensuring alignment with responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create communication assets including stakeholder presentations, training decks, guides, FAQs, videos, demos, Viva Engage posts, and live enablement sessions.
• Design and deliver role-based training for diverse audiences, including senior leaders and executives.
• Translate M365 Copilot features, use cases, and policies into simple, user-centric messaging.
• Continuously improve content and training based on adoption insights and feedback.
• Support global adoption and rollout initiatives in partnership with Service Adoption, Product, Change, and Communications teams.
• Promote best practices, use cases, and reusable assets across champion and change networks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot and delivering Copilot-focused training and content.
