Job Title: Copilot Studio Lead Consultant

Role Overview: Seeking a highly experienced candidate (12+ years) to lead technology strategy, solution design, and governance for the Copilot ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. This role will drive innovation, ensure compliance, and enable seamless integration of AI-powered solutions across enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy for Copilot solutions within the organization.
• Lead solution design and architecture for M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio implementations.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of Copilot integrations.
• Monitor performance, security, and compliance of deployed solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor teams on emerging AI and automation technologies.

Technical Skills
