As a SAP Test Defect Management professional, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our customers to run their product clusters at their best. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillar of our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations.

• Experienced in testing SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SAP SolMan).
• Experienced in understanding, capturing, tracking, following, and closing defects.
• Work closely with development teams in the scrum process, providing advice, support, and experience to team members from various global regions.
• Work with scrum team and organize scrum-related sessions.
• Support a holistic testing approach including automated or manual tests.
• Ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities such as root cause and impact analysis.
• Contribute as single point of contact in cross-functional teams for Test Management.
• Follow and maintain scope, timelines, and respective progress for increments.
• Define the "WHEN" of delivery and overall roadmap for the increments you own, ensuring that the "WHAT" fits the overall product.

Your success is grounded in:

• Hold any graduate degree in any discipline or a comparable field.
• SAP S4/HANA knowledge is preferred.
• Working experience in agile methodology preferred; certification is not mandatory.
• Minimum three years experience as SAP tester and at least two years experience in defect management.
• Functional understanding of business processes, e.g., finance/accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting.
• Experience leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams.
• Intercultural experience desired.
• Fluent English skills required, both written and spoken.
• Structured thought process and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new processes, information and not mind getting hands dirty.
