Job summary

Shell Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management consultant to drive client projects and deliver end-to-end S/4HANA implementations. You will work on S/4HANA architecture, Fiori, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in SAP consulting, 1+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP consulting with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori, and SAP/non-SAP integration.
• Expertise in Service Management (Field Service, Customer Service).
• Familiar with integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management, PROAXIA).
• Hands-on Fiori and analytics exposure.
• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, C4C, FSM).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with Activate methodology and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Job Description:
7+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

• Expertise in functional area of Service Management (Field Service, Customer Service)
• Familiarity with integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management, PROAXIA connector)
• Hands-on Fiori and analytics exposure
• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, C4C, FSM, etc.)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations.
• Experience with Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or related module preferred.
• Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as   as  strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverables
