This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of experience who are eager to work on high-performance backend systems and build expertise in Rust and modern distributed applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Rust.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to implement scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and data processing components.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to build reliable and scalable applications.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Work in Linux-based environments and support deployment and operational activities.
• Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Proficiency in Rust programming language, good to have exposure on C, C++, Java, Python, Go.
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git, software development lifecycle, and coding best practices.
• Working knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Rust through professional experience, personal projects, open-source contributions, or self-learning.

Educational Qualification
