We are seeking a talented and motivated Rust Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will work on high-performance, scalable backend systems and contribute to the development of secure and efficient services. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and systems using Rust
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Implement and optimize APIs and data pipelines
• Contribute to code reviews, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Rust ecosystem

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development using Rust
• Strong understanding of systems programming, memory management, and concurrency
• Experience building RESTful APIs and/or microservices
• Familiarity with async programming and frameworks like tokio, actix-web, or rocket
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and writing performant queries
