Rusan in Gujarat, India, seeks an experienced API Process Development leader to drive plant-support initiatives and achieve process excellence in API manufacturing.

The role combines senior management with hands-on PD, including tech transfer, validation support, regulatory liaison, and building a high-performing team of 5–8 scientists; GMP, EHS and data integrity are essential.

Formación

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with API process development experience.
• Experience in scale-up, tech transfer and plant support.
• Strong leadership to mentor a team of 5–8 scientists/chemists.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS, data integrity and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead API process development, scale-up and technology transfer.
• Troubleshoot plants, optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve yield, quality, robustness, productivity and cost.
• Mentor a team of 5–8 PD scientists/chemists.
• Support validation, demonstration and commercial batches.
• Investigate deviations, CAPA, impurities and process failures.
• Provide regulatory and technical support for submissions and inspections.
• Ensure GMP, EHS, data integrity and quality compliance.
