Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle – from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of overall software development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
