Job summary

Adm Agro Industries is seeking a seasoned RTR leader to manage journal entries, reconciliations and related processes for the APAC region. The role focuses on policy compliance, process audits and KPI achievement.

You will bridge Tax and statutory COEs for regulatory filings, maintain up-to-date documentation, and drive continuous improvement and automation across end-to-end RTR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Qualified accountant (CA/ ACCA) preferred with 10+ years RTR experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in a Global Capability environment.
• Experience handling APAC/ASEAN and ANZ regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and RTR processes, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop and audit processes to ensure ADM standard adherence.
• Act as bridge between Tax and statutory COEs for regulatory filings including tax audits.
• Maintain, review and control process docs to stay up-to-date and compliant.
• Ensure RTR KPIs are met and stakeholder feedback is implemented.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process documentation and training programs.
• Proactively solve problems and coordinate with cross-functional finance teams.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of global RTR processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the team who prepare and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes performed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable.
• Good understanding of handling US GAAP and Local GAAP for APAC region.
• Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standard on these tasks.
• Act as bridge between Tax and statutory COEs for regulatory filing requirements, including tax audits.
• Maintain, review, and control process documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
• Ensure RTR KPIs are met consistently.
• Ensure stakeholder feedbacks are being heard and implemented.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process documentation and training programs.
• This resource must have a proactive approach to problem solving and working with cross functional team members in finance and navigate the team appropriately.
• Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across RTR.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in related field such as Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Qualified accountant (CA/ ACCA) is preferred with at least 10 plus years of experience in RTR domain and Agricultural industry experience would be a plus.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a Global Capability environment
• Handling team members of APAC countries would be a plus
• Worked for APAC countries specifically ASEAN and ANZ countries
• Ability to manage the team, highlight the risk and deliver the goals set.
• Ability to adapt to rapid and emerging changes in the business and technological environment.
• Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes.
• Focus on achieving set goals and objectives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, collaborative and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
• Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and performance in complex organizations.
